TM Davis & Associates has been retained by the Rumsey Band of Wintun Indians to provide full Program Management services for this very successful tribal gaming facility which is in it’s third phase of development programming in the last 5 years. The new $350M Destination Resort expansion is currently in the construction documents phase. Having just completed a new 18 hole championship golf course and a clubhouse on an adjacent property, the Destination Resort will feature a new hotel high rise tower with an additional 467 rooms, 27 Five Star casitas, a new 20,000 SF Spa and Exercise facility, expansion of the casino gaming floor, 2 new formal dining restaurants, 5 new specialty food service locations, additional retail, state of the art convention and meeting rooms along with a new high-tech event center. Construction is scheduled to start in late 2009 with completion targeted for 2012. |

Comprised of 208 guestrooms, a full service restaurant, spa, and conference facilities, the $75M InterContinental - The Clement Monterey has become the newest luxury destination on the Monterey Peninsula. Located on historic Cannery Row adjacent to the Monterey Bay Aquarium, the Hill Glazier design features waterfront suites overlooking the bay, guestroom fireplaces and historic exterior architectural elements to conform to the strict urban design guidelines of the Cannery Row master plan area. TM Davis & Associates was engaged by the owner, Pacific Hotel Management, to provide comprehensive pre-construction and construction phase leadership for the project that opened on schedule and budget in May 2008. TM Davis provided design management, detailed set-up and monitoring of project accounting for all owner development costs, construction cost estimating of drawing packages, contract negotiation, and field management of the design/builder for the project. |

An elegant addition to the skyline of San Francisco, the 42 story St. Regis Hotel & Residences recently opened next door to the Museum of Modern Art in the Yerba Buena Arts district. With luxury modern interiors by Yabu Pushelberg and distinctive architecture by SOM, the property was recently awarded McGraw-Hill's "Best Mixed Use Project - California Construction". Its 5 star features include a “Remede” Spa and the Napa based restaurant “Ame”. The glass, stone, and concrete tower houses 260 guestrooms, 102 residences with and an adjacent renovated 1907 building. T.M. Davis & Associates were brought into the project to manage a complete interior redesign and re-negotiation of the project GMP with the general contractor. On-site representatives managed all design consultants, value engineering, contracts and scheduling on behalf of the owner, Starwood Hotels & Resorts. |

With a scheduled opening in September 2009, the Le Meridien Philadelphia is a conversion of a historic 10 storey downtown structure into a 204 room luxury hotel. Originally designed in 1911, the property will juxtapose the modern interiors of the Le Meridien brand with the ornate classical detailing of the original structure. Working closely with the project's historic preservation architect and executive architect, TM Davis & Associates was engaged by the hotel operator to provide pre-construction services for the conversion including project programming and standards, design management and construction quality assurance oversight. |
