Comprised of 208 guestrooms, a full service restaurant, spa and conference facilities, the $75M Cannery Row Hotel is soon to become the newest luxury destination on the Monterey Peninsula. Located on historic Cannery Row adjacent to the Monterey Bay Aquarium, the Hill Glazier design features waterfront suites overlooking the bay, guestroom fireplaces and historic exterior architectural elements to conform to the strict urban design guidelines of the Cannery Row master plan area. TM Davis & Associates has been engaged by the Owner, Pacific Hotel Management to provide comprehensive pre-construction and construction phase leadership for the project scheduled to open in early 2008. As part of their services to date, TM Davis has furnished full design management, detailed set-up and monitoring of project accounting for all Owner development costs, as well as full-time on-site construction representation for the owner. |

Resort Suites is a 386 key golf vacation resort located in North Scottsdale, Arizona. T.M Davis and Associates has been engaged by the new owners of the property to develop a master plan design concept and budget that would help reposition this property to better serve its golf vacation, transient and family resort segments. Working with Ten Eyck Landscape Architects, SHJ Architects and Loewen Gunther Design of Phoenix, TM Davis prepared an $8.5M master plan design to transform the garden apartment type site plan into a destination desert resort experience. Property enhancements include a new entrance pavilion and arrival approach, new landscape pergolas connecting major resort buildings and a full remodeling of the restaurant and pool courtyard areas. Construction is scheduled to start May 2007. |

T. M. Davis and Associates are currently providing comprehensive pre-construction program management services for the proposed 5 star Fairmont Seaside Resort to be located in Monterey County, California. The resort site, located within an existing championship golf course master plan development, will consist of 170 hotel keys in a main lodge building and 160 hotel/condo keys to be located in luxury bungalows around the main building. The hotel will incorporate fine dining, approximately 23,000 s.f. of meeting space and a 15,000 s.f. branded spa facility. The hotel is designed in a California Craftsman shingle style with pitched roofs, dormers, wood timber balconies and outdoor stone terraces. Construction of the resort is expected to be completed in early 2010. |

TM Davis & Associates has been retained by the Rumsey Band of Wintun Indians to provide full Program Management services for this very successful tribal gaming facility which is in it’s third phase of development programming in the last 5 years. The new $350M Destination Resort phase is currently in Pre-construction and early Design Development. Having just completed a new 18 hole championship golf course on adjacent property the new facility will boast a 18,000 SF+ golf course club house a new hotel high rise tower with an additional 467 rooms, 27 Five Star casitas, a new 20,000 SF Spa and Exercise facility, expansion of the casino gaming floor, 2 new formal dining restaurants, 5 new specialty food service locations, additional retail, state of the art convention and meeting rooms along with a new high-tech event center. Construction is scheduled to start in early 2008 and be completed in phases in 2009 and 2010. |
